Scam Prevention Seminar

In preparation for the upcoming tax season, the Essex Public Library will be hosting an informative Scam Prevention Seminar, sponsored by the AARP Foundation and led by an IRS instructor, designed to inform the community about how to detect and avoid falling prey to identity theft and a vast array of tax-related scams!  As many attendees as can be safely accommodated will be admitted.
