Sharing new foods and ideas can be a fun way to connect with friends, new and old!  Join us for part 2 of an exploration of storytelling, traditional art forms and Native foods inspired by heritage tales and values of North American First Nations.

Listen to the story of the “Three Sisters” and learn why corn, beans, and squash are planted together in the garden. Watch how "traditional" story stones are used before trying them yourself.  Finish the afternoon with a fun sampling of recipes from Indigenous chefs made from the staple crops of corns, beans and squash!
